Condolence From: Dick Buck
Condolence: My condolences to Charlotte's family. I remember her well when she worked at Morang and Robinson. I'm the nephew of Bob Buck and spent many summers in Bar Harbor working. I remember her beautiful smile and always thought she was a great lady.

May she rest in peace.

Condolence: Aunt Charlotte will always have pleasant memories for me of summers in Maine. Living away from Maine for my entire life, I always looked forward to those family reunions in Bar Harbor at her home. This was one of the few times I was able to really see the Smith family roots and heritage. Even though I never lived in Bar Harbor, I always felt like I was coming home. It was a wonderful childhood and the memories will last forever. I am glad Aunt Charlotte helped make that a reality for my entire family. She will be greatly missed.

Condolence: I will greatly miss my Aunt Charlotte. See always had a big warm hug waiting for me. Her robust laugh could be heard accross a noisy room. I have so many fond memories of visiting Aunt Char, Uncle Scamp and cousins Bud and Mary. For many years the various Smith and Ingalls families gathered at the old homestead in Eden for Thanksgiving dinners and other events. Lots of laughs and a few tears we always shed as we talked about the old days and departed family members. Aunt Char seemed to always be in charge of whatever was going on and kept things on track.
She was a very strong lady, loved by all. The old homestead seems too quiet now without her....
In loving memory,
Doug
