Nadine Hazel Folsom, 93, died peacefully in Ellsworth, January 12, 2018 with her wonderful daughter by her side. She was born in Hillsdale, Michigan, September 21, 1924 the daughter of Clifton H. and Margaret (Bridges) Bates.

She was a school crossing guard for the Ellsworth school department for 17 years. Nadine was a past member of the Emmanuel Baptist Church.

She is survived by her daughter, Noreen Folsom and partner Matthew Gauthier of Ellsworth; grandchildren, Jeremiah Folsom, Tierra Folsom and Cora Marie Gray; sisters, Gloria Jenkins and Joanne Crocker. She was predeceased by her parents; husband, Thomas G. Folsom; brothers, Clifton, Charles and Lyman; sisters, Norma Cushman and Betty Riley; and daughter, Charlene Marie Folsom.

A graveside service will be held 12pm May 22, 2018 at Woodbine Cemetery.
