Memories of the times spent with you and Bob will always be treasured. Bob was truly a courageous and caring man-one who greatly contributed to making his community a better place.His optimism enabled many others to chart a proper course. I first met Bob around 1988. Even then, he was one of the true leaders in the pultrusion industry. I was working for Amoco Chemical on a major research study on polyester pultrusion resins; this meant I quickly got to know Bob. I found Bob to a real leader, a hard and efficient worker and a great person to be around. Bob and I saw each other several times a year at conferences and at technical and marketing meetings in the US and around the world over the next 25 years. He will be missed.
