Lincoln T.  Ravenscroft
Blue Hill -- Lincoln T. Ravenscroft, Jr., 80, of Blue Hill passed away on June 12, 2018 due to late stage Parkinson’s disease.

Linc grew up in Concord, MA before graduating from the University of Maine. Following graduation Linc served in U.S. Army Intelligence. He earned his Master’s degree in mathematics from American University. His career included many years in Naval Intelligence in the Washington, D.C. area, followed by several years at Bath Iron Works upon returning to Maine.

Although Linc lived out of state for many years, his heart remained in Maine where he had a summer camp on Blue Hill Bay. He enjoyed fishing and boating during vacations.

Linc retired to his beloved Blue Hill, enjoying hiking, nature and all things Maine.

Linc is survived by his sister, Marcia L.R. Wolfe; his nieces, Susan L.Vitone and Deborah L. Macbeth; 3 grandnieces and 3 grandnephews. Also surviving are his stepdaughter, Robin H. Pierce and stepson, David Hart.

Private services will be held at Mountain View Cemetery, Blue Hill.
