Sedgwick -- Annette Jane Hale, 73, died April 07, 2018 at her home. She was born in Blue Hill, June 21, 1944 the daughter of Carl and Helen (Grindle) Closson.

She attended Brooksville schools. Following school she married her husband Donald of 58 years. She was employed for 29 years managing the Benjamin River Apartments in Sedgwick until ill health forced her to retire. She enjoyed cooking, her flower gardens and spending times outdoor. Annette was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She is survived by her husband Donald Sr. of Sargentville; sons, Calvin Hale of Brooksville and Donald, Jr. and wife Leslie of Sargentville; grandchildren, Caleb and fianceé Dawn, Ethan and fianceé Autumn, Brittany Lane-Annette Hale and fiancé Jake; great-granddaughters, Alessa “Jane” Hale and Haley Sprowl; brother, John Closson and wife Linda of Brooksville; sister, Ilene O’Rourke of Cumberland, Maryland; three sisters-in-law, Jan Wescott and Diane Kornmeier both of Sedgwick and Muriel Remsen and husband Elmer of Columbia, CT; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; sisters, Barbara Carlow and Patricia Black; brother, Richard Closson and grandson, Donald A. Hale, III

A memorial service will be held 3:00pm, April 22, 2018 at the Sargentville Chapel with Pastor Doug Drown officiating.
