Obituary for Harold E. Parker

Ellsworth -- Harold E. Parker, 99, died March 04, 2017 in Ellsworth. He was born in Ellsworth, January 02, 1918 the son of Russell Lowell and Marguerite White (Kincaid) Parker.

He attended Ellsworth schools and graduated from Ellsworth High School in 1935. He served in the US Armed Forces during WWII. Following the war, he was employed by F.W. Beal Co. in Ellsworth for 30 years and retired from Dead River Co. in 1980.

He is survived by his wife Marie (Fernald) Parker of over 66 years; three children, Rhonda, Andrew and wife Regina and William; 2 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and 4 nephews; and his constant feline companion, “Sam the cat”. He was predeceased by his parents; and his only sister, Mary Sadler who died on March 02, 2017.

There will be no services.
