Obituary for Sylvia Louise Young (Bunker)

Ellsworth -- Sylvia Louise (Bunker) Young, 77, passed away at her home surrounded by her family January 25, 2017. She was born in Ellsworth, October 7, 1939 the daughter of Elizabeth (Grindle) and Reginald Bunker, Sr.

She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Ellis (Sonny) Young; daughters, Darlene Spencer, Roberta Young; son, Donald Young; son-in-law, David Carter; grandchildren, Lee Southurick and wife Kolby, Warren Dowling III and wife Tracy, and April Dowling; great-grandchildren, Warren, Ashley, Casey and Lisa; brother, Richard Bunker; aunt, Betty Martin; and several nieces and nephews. She will be sadly missed by her special dog, Cuddles. Sylvia was predeceased by her parents; sister, Roberta; and brother, Reginald, Jr.

Gathering of family and friends will be held 1:00 pm, Thursday, February 02, 2017 at the VFW Hall, 419 Main St. Ellsworth.
