Hancock
Roger Lawrence Eckhardt, 72, died July 9, 2015 at his home. He was born in Eden, New York, the son of Lawrence and Erika Eckhardt.
Roger played football at Eden High School and graduated in 1961 and attended Cornell University graduating in 1965. He served in the U.S. Navy as a junior officer from 1966-1969 including a Vietnam tour.

Growing, shopping, preparing, eating and sharing food were a pleasure for Roger. In 1974 Roger and his wife, Dianne bought an old farmhouse that Roger restored.
