Obituary for Lucile A. Norwood

Lucile A. Norwood, 82, died January 06, 2015 at her home surrounded by family. She was born in Valparaiso Indiana, February 20, 1932, the daughter of Harley A. and Harriette (Wilgus) Amspaugh.
She is survived by her children H. Bruce Norwood and wife Kathy of Town Hill, Dan A. Norwood and wife Bren of Ellsworth and Dwayne L. Norwood and wife Robin of Waltham, Annette Norwood Dow and husband Jim of Town Hill; her grandchildren Carrie, Justin, Nicholas Jessica, Katie, Blythe, Megan, Vaughn, Adam and Zeke; and her great-grandchildren Chase, Taner, Ryleigh, Lily, Avery, and Allyssa. She was predeceased by her husband Harvey; brother Donald; and step-grandson, Corp. Andrew L. Hutchins.
Calling hours will be held 5:00-7:00 PM on Friday, January 09, 2015 at Lucile’s home of 1295 State Highway 102, Town Hill. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, January 10, 2015 at Jordan-Fernald Funeral Home, 1139 Main St., Mount Desert with Pastor Bob Maddocks officiating. A private interment will be held in Mountain View Cemetery, Town Hill.
